About the Company

Uri Khasin worked as an employee in elevator companies in various roles since 2001. In 2015, he established an independent business. Due to natural growth in the business, Khasin On Time Ltd. was founded at the end of 2018.

Due to legal restrictions in the country, we do not work directly with end customers. All the work we do is within the planning and supervision framework and under the responsibility of the elevator companies we partner with.

Khasin On Time Ltd. actively participated in the assembly of escalators for the light rail in Tel Aviv for KONE Elevators Israel.

Since 2016, we have had a team working on modernization projects for elevators. Starting in 2019, Khasin On Time Ltd. began importing handrails and spare parts for escalators.

Since 2022, we have represented the Austrian company Semperit in the country. We are continuously evolving and will continue to grow and provide excellent service to our clients.

We Need Employees - Not Slaves

I, Uri Khasin, have spent most of my life as an employee in companies.

Thankfully, at Thyssenkrupp, where I worked for about ten years, I had the freedom to teach and work with a small team of good, free people.

We were a team of technicians, each doing good work, constantly learning from one another and from others. I loved how it worked, and I continue that in the company I founded.

Today, we prefer to hire non-professionals with a technical background. We teach and guide them through all stages of work, and if it’s beneficial, we send them to courses, sometimes abroad.

We do not skimp on tools or appropriate clothing. We are also constantly being evaluated by the companies and must comply with their standards.

Safety above all—everything necessary for safe and professional work is provided, and each employee is entitled to purchase and receive reimbursement for essential equipment.

It’s important to me that employees feel they are an important part of the company.
